When you create or manage an account, we may collect your email address, username, password or authentication credentials, display name, profile photo, artist information, and other details you choose to provide.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for keeping your account information accurate and current.

We collect and process the music, audio, artwork, images, profile details, comments, messages, playlists, descriptions, links, and other content you upload, publish, save, or otherwise submit through Sphyre.

Content you choose to make public may be visible to other users and may be associated with your account or profile.

We may collect information about how you use Sphyre, including pages and profiles viewed, searches, listening activity, saves, follows, likes or bangers, shares, interactions, feature usage, referring pages, and the dates and times of activity.

We may collect device and connection information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, language, time zone, network provider, and diagnostic or crash information. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Sphyre may infer a general location from your IP address. We will request permission before collecting precise location information through a device feature, and you can control that permission through your device settings.

We use information to provide, personalize, maintain, and improve Sphyre; create recommendations and discovery experiences; authenticate accounts; communicate with you; provide support; process reports; and administer promotions or other features you choose to use.
